FLAVOUR NOTES

Fermented at 10°C with lager yeast and then cold-lagered for smoothness, this love letter to malty goodness brings together coffee, molasses, raisin and caramel flavours from twelve different malts. Measured kettle hopping lends a balancing bitterness, letting the malt take centre stage.

THE BACK STORY

We’ve always loved Baltic Porters — an overlooked classic with an adventurous streak all its own. Underwater Song is our love letter to the style, and to beers that deserve a little more attention. Some beers shout. This one invites you to lean in, slow down and discover what lies beneath the surface.
