Refund policy

If you receive your order and goods are not as outlined, please email us immediately upon receiving the order.  We will look to make good on any areas such as missing or damaged goods.  IF we cannot resolve through another drop or credit for future use, we will process a credit for you for the agreed deficit.  As a small company with no real power over or own network of couriers, there will be limits to what we can accommodate in terms of goods being shipped back and forth, but our desire is always to turn any issues into satisfaction.
