This Pacific Pale Ale is all about rarity. Loaded with Riwaka & Motueka, 10 hours in L.A. is the infamous stop over all antipodeans travelling to the UK know only too well. And now it’s the layover these South Pacific hops have made on the way to your glass.

A rich blend of roasted malts delivers layers of dark chocolate, espresso and gentle toast, wrapped in a smooth, velvety body. Pacific Jade and Fuggles lend a refined, earthy bitterness for a balanced, satisfyingly dry finish.

Brewed in collaboration with our
friends at Colchester Oyster Fisheries. Fresh oysters collected on brew day from
Mersea Island were rushed back to the brewery for adding to the kettle at the
end of boil. This silky-smooth stout pours deep black with ruby highlights,
roasted malts bringing notes of coffee and dark chocolate. A subtle briny edge
complements the rich, velvety body, while gentle hop bitterness keeps the
finish balanced. One to savour by the fire.

An inviting chestnut colour, malt aromas of biscuit, caramel and dried fruit, lead into a mellow malt sweetness on the palate, balanced by a sublime bitterness.

Fermented at 10°C with lager yeast and then cold-lagered for smoothness, this love letter to malty goodness brings together coffee, molasses, raisin and caramel flavours from twelve different malts. Measured kettle hopping lends a balancing bitterness, letting the malt take centre stage.

Fuggling Helles pours bright gold, with smooth bready malt and delicate floral and herbal aromas from 100% English Fuggle hops. Clean and balanced, with soft, rounded bitterness and a smooth finish, it is a distinctive English lager made for generous, satisfying drinking.

A beautifully balanced golden ale showcasing heritage Chevallier malt. Fresh bread and light biscuit lead, supported by gentle honeyed sweetness. Subtle white grape and soft citrus from Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo bring lift, finishing clean, elegant and rounded.

Zorro is our ultimate summer crusher, built for long, lazy sessions and pure refreshment. Brewed with a generous helping of flaked maize, it pours light straw in colour with a crisp, feather-light body. Bavaria Mandarina hops bring a whisper of citrusy bitterness, while a splash of real lime juice lifts the palate with a zesty kick. A touch of salt rounds everything out, enhancing the sweetness and making every sip irresistibly moreish.
