This Pacific Pale Ale is all about rarity. Loaded with Riwaka & Motueka, 10 hours in L.A. is the infamous stop over all antipodeans travelling to the UK know only too well. And now it’s the layover these South Pacific hops have made on the way to your glass.

A rich blend of roasted malts delivers layers of dark chocolate, espresso and gentle toast, wrapped in a smooth, velvety body. Pacific Jade and Fuggles lend a refined, earthy bitterness for a balanced, satisfyingly dry finish.

A bright, pale golden ale brewed with Maris Otter and cara gold malt which lays down a soft, caramel malt base. Bursting with aroma, thanks to a bold addition of New Zealand hops, this beer leads with vibrant notes of citrus, pine, and gooseberry. Pouring a burnished copper colour, soothing malty flavours of caramel, biscuit and bread underpin gentle American hop aromas of orange-citrus, floral and pine. A mellow sweet-malt body and soft bitter finish make for a harmonious balance.  

This sessionable blonde ale presents light in colour, with grapefruit and pine aromas from the Southern Cross hop used in the boil, whirlpool and dryhopping. These hops also deliver a soft bitterness which is well balanced by a gentle sweet, honey character from a light crystal malt and a soft palate from wheat malt
