When ready to book, contact info@roundcornerbrewing.com with your name, voucher number, and preferred date - we'll handle the rest!

Please note: When adding to your cart, specify in the notes section who you'd like the voucher named to.

All brewery tour vouchers are sent as e-vouchers.

If you already know when you'd like to visit, book your date and time when making your purchase.

Select 'Tour Voucher - Specific Date' from the dropdown menu, then click 'Book Date'.

You'll see a calendar - select your preferred date and time, provide the names of attendees, and confirm your selections. Add to your basket and checkout as normal.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour start time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and the tour will proceed without you.

Access: Our brewery has areas with limited access. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone. If you have concerns, please email info@roundcornerbrewing.com

Vouchers and bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Attendees must be over 18. RCB operates a Challenge 25 policy - if you are suspected of being under 25 you must produce a valid ID that proves you are over 18. If any attendees are under 18, or cannot produce a valid ID to prove they are over 18 when challenged, they will not be allowed on the tour and their place will be forfeited. No refund will be issued.

Attendees must arrive at least 15 minutes before their tour commences, and produce their voucher/booking confirmation to the member of staff leading the tour. If you cannot provide these details upon arrival, you will not be granted access to the tour. If you arrive after the tour has started, you will be able to join in the tour, however we will not repeat any content and will still begin and end at the advertised times. We do, however, understand that delays may happen – if you face circumstances beyond your control and feel that you may not be able to arrive on time, contacting info@roundcornerbrewing.com is the best course of action.

Alcohol is consumed as part of these tours, and must be done so responsibly, in line with our duties as a licensed premises. If any attendees are deemed to be too inebriated, they will be ejected from the tour immediately. If any unacceptable behaviour is displayed by any attendees (which includes, but is not limited to: aggression or rudeness towards staff, customers or other attendees, inappropriate language, failure to adhere to the rules set out at the beginning of the tour, causing disruption to the tour, etc.) either because of alcohol consumption or otherwise, the attendees responsible will be ejected from the tour immediately.

If you are unable to attend your tour, you must provide us with at least 1 months’ notice prior to the commencement of the scheduled tour. We will attempt to reallocate your booking once if given at least 1 months’ notice, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. If you notify us under 1 month before your scheduled tour, or fail to notify us at all, you will forfeit your place on the tour. Your booking will not be reallocated or refunded. This time frame allows us to contact other attendees in the event that attendance falls below our minimum requirement, and allows them sufficient time to make any necessary adjustments to their travel, accommodation and other plans.
