Buying The Tour As A Gift

If you are purchasing a tour as a gift and are unaware of which date the recipient would like to attend, please choose the 'Gift Voucher - No Date' option from the drop down menu.

We ask that when adding this to your cart, that in the notes section you specify who you’d like the voucher named to so we can add to the voucher when issuing.

BREWERY TOUR VOUCHERS ARE SENT AS E-VOUCHERS.

Important Information

We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour experience. If you are late for the start of the tour, we assume that you have failed to attend and will continue in your absence.

Unfortunately, if you miss your allotted tour booking it is unlikely we will be able to reallocate your or your party to another booking.

If you are unable to attend your tour, we ask that you please provide us with at least 72 hours notice prior to your tour booking. If you notify us with less than 72 hours notice, we are unable to promise a date reallocation.

Access

Due to layout of our brewery, we have areas which have limited access which may not be suitable for all, however we will always try our best to accommodate and ensure you enjoy your time with us. If you have any concerns regarding access please email us on info@roundcornerbrewing.com
