Buying The Tour As A Gift

If you are purchasing a tour as a gift and are unaware of which date the recipient would like to attend, please choose the 'Tour Voucher - No Date' option from the drop down menu.

We ask that when adding this to your cart, that in the notes section you specify who you’d like the voucher named to so we can add to the voucher when issuing.

Booking A Date & Time

If you already know when you'd like to visit us, why not book your date and time when making your purchase? 

Just select the 'Tour Voucher - Specific Date' option from the drop down menu, then click 'Book Now'. 

You'll be shown a calendar - select the date and then select the time from the right hand side. Give us the names of those in attendance and confirm your selections. Add it to your basket and checkout as normal.

Important Information

We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour experience. If you are late for the start of the tour, we assume that you have failed to attend and will continue in your absence.

Unfortunately, if you miss your allotted tour booking it is unlikely we will be able to reallocate your or your party to another booking.

If you are unable to attend your tour, you must provide us with at least 72 hours notice prior to the commencement of the scheduled tour. We will reallocate your booking a maximum of 1 time if given at least 72 hours notice before your booking. If you notify us with less than 72 hours notice, or fail to notify us at all, you will not be reallocated and thus forfeit your place on the tour.

Access

Due to layout of our brewery, we have areas which have limited access which may not be suitable for all, however we will always try our best to accommodate and ensure you enjoy your time with us. If you have any concerns regarding access please email us on info@roundcornerbrewing.com
