FLAVOUR NOTES

Delicate yet full of character, Zomba pours cloudy and pale with a light white head. Brewed with mandarin and lemongrass in place of the traditional witbier botanicals, to bring bright citrus notes over a gentle wheat base. Bavaria Mandarina hops add further citrus lift. The finish is crisp, refreshing and gently tart. A modern white ale.

Zomba takes its name from Malawi's celebrated botanical gardens - a place of fragrance, colour and lush greenery. Inspired by that sense of vibrancy, we brew this cloudy wheat beer with delicate botanical citrus notes for a soft, refreshing beer that feels made for spring.
