Last brewed in 2023, this beer quietly picked up Gold at the World Beer Awards, before being named Country Winner and ultimately World’s Best Keller Pils. Proof that patience and doing things properly, pays off.

Inspired by the unfiltered cellar beers of Bavaria, our Keller Pils is brewed with patience. Krausened for natural condition and matured cold and slow, it’s left unfiltered for depth, softness and character. Fresh from our cellar in Melton Mowbray, lager as it should be.

Tasting Notes:

Brewed with Bavarian heirloom Barke barley, delivering fresh bread crust and soft honeyed malt, balanced by Pacifica hops - a Hallertau descendant bringing delicate floral spice with a gentle citrus lift. Krausened with freshly fermenting lager for natural secondary fermentation in the cellar, creating a smooth, rounded body, firm bitterness and a crisp, elegant finish.
