Two amazing beers. Each aged in plantation rum barrels. The 2024 edition is a 12% first fill in Planteray 15 year old rum barrels. Roast malts bring aromas of dried fruits, liquorice, Christmas cake and molasses. The 2025 edition is a second fill into the same barrels and offers a refined character where gentle rum notes give way to oak, cedar and vanilla. Aromas of dried fruits and treacle lead into flavours of dark chocolate, espresso and toasted coconut.
